Thank you to all parents and Carers who attended our recent RSHE ( Relationships, sex and Health Education) parent workshop. It was a valuable opportunity to share information about our curriculum, how RSHE is taught across different pathways at Shaftesbury High School, and the ways we support pupils to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to stay safe, healthy and prepared for adulthood.

For families who were unable to attend, we have uploaded the presentation slides below. The presentation provides an overview of key curriculum content, our approach to teaching sensitive topics, examples of learning covered within school, and guidance on how parents and carers can continue to support learning and discussions at home.
